Art & Science of Human Flourishing Curriculum & Materials Repository

A centralized hub for curricula, syllabi, and other materials related to the Art & Science of Human Flourishing (ASHF) courses.

Welcome to FAN’s flourishing course repository. This repository includes course materials for The Art and Science of Human Flourishing (ASHF) and related courses. ASHF and ASHF-related courses combine academic and experiential approaches to support student mental health and flourishing.

This repository was created to support educators, researchers, and practitioners who are advancing flourishing across higher education.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Sample syllabi and course descriptions
  • Classroom activities and assignments
  • Readings related to the subject

Our goal is to make it easier for institutions and instructors to share ideas, adapt evidence-informed practices, and build courses that help students thrive.
